Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ExpirySentry, operated by Circuit Savers LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
The service
ExpirySentry monitors publicly observable information about domains and endpoints and, optionally, read-only Microsoft Entra metadata. It provides alerts and reports. It does not renew certificates or domains for you, and alerts are best-effort: you remain responsible for renewing your assets.
Your responsibilities
You may only add and verify domains you own or are authorized to monitor. You're responsible for your users and for keeping credentials confidential.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use ExpirySentry to monitor infrastructure you don't control, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to resell it without a written agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including outages caused by expired assets.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After cancellation or trial expiry we retain your data for 30 days, then delete it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
