Circuit Savers LLC operates ExpirySentry. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, hashed password, team memberships.
• Monitoring data: domains, hostnames, certificate and DNS metadata, registry data, and (if connected) Microsoft app credential names and expiry dates.
• Free-scan data: the domain scanned, your IP address, and an email address if you ask us to send the report.
• Usage and marketing data: pages visited and, if you arrived from an ad, campaign identifiers (such as gclid and UTM tags) used to measure advertising.
• Billing data is handled by Stripe; we receive plan, status and the last four digits of your card.

How we use it

To run the service, send alerts and account emails, provide support, measure our advertising, and improve the product. We don't sell personal information.

Service providers

Amazon Web Services (hosting, email delivery, backups), Stripe (payments), and Google (advertising measurement on public pages). Microsoft Graph is used only if you connect it.

Retention

Account and monitoring data are kept while your account is active and deleted 30 days after closure. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Backups expire after 30 days.

Your choices

You can export your inventory, delete domains, or ask us to delete your account at solutions@expirysentry.com.
